SELF AMALGAMATING TAPE (EPR)
They are used for insulation, impermeability, protection, joining or repairing applications.
They have very high resistance to tear because when layers are rolled they vulcanize to form a very homogeneous mass.
Optimal resistance to atmospheric agents and very good waterproofing properties.
Most common applications:
- Repair of electrical wire cover.
- Airtight sealing of telecommunication cables.
- Insulation, waterproof and protection of electric components.
Thickness: 0.3mm-1mm
Weatherproof covering for thermal insulation of pipework and ventilation trunking.
Premium self-amalgamating tape is also available. It is ideal for jointing and fixing of cables up to 69KV.
